There were be four schedules in operation at the BIG Double Reed Day 2022.
- The Junior Timetable for children aged 10 and under, and grade 3 standard or below, and all children playing on junior oboes, mini-bassoons, tenoroons and fagonellos, regardless of age.
- The Main Timetable, for students aged 11 - 18, or younger but grade 3 and above in standard. This is slightly different for oboists and bassoonists.
- The Adult Timetable, with the same timings as the main timetable, but with four hour-long workshops, two of which will be performance classes.
The Massed Ensemble Performances will be divided into two different age groups, with participants aged 13 and under performing in the first concert at 5.15pm, and everyone else performing in the second concert at 6pm. Tickets for these concerts are free and will be available to pick up at registration.
